LifeRye Full Sour Dough Bread

This is a unique full Rye Sour Dough Bread. It contains none of the usual bakers' yeast but is entirely raised by a full sourdough lactobacillus culture. This is how bread was made hundreds of years ago and probably going back several thousand years aswell. It contains 100% pure rye flour only and is darker and heavier than normal breads. It has rich nutty/fruity flavour and is ideally suited to thinly sliced air-dried hams or similar,i.e. Parma Ham, Salami, Coppa, etc. Butter and Jam of course will always go with any bread, perhaps an organic black berry jam, or Feijoa and Fig Jam... then there's smoked salmon and ricotta... well the list just goes on and on...
